Early Life and Career

Born in Uzhhorod, a Ukrainian city, Vladimir Koman moved to Szombathely, Hungary, with his family. His football journey began at the local Haladás academy, where he showed immense potential. At the age of 15, he made his debut in the Hungarian second division.

Club Career

Koman's talent caught the eye of Serie A club Sampdoria in 2005. He made his debut in the top flight in 2007 and quickly impressed with an assist in his first match. Loan spells at Avellino and Bari followed, where he continued to shine.

In 2012, Koman joined Russian Premier League outfit Krasnodar. He played for them until 2014, also spending time on loan at Ural in 2013.

International Career

Koman represented Hungary at youth levels, including the U17 and U19 teams. He reached the pinnacle of his international career with the Hungary U20 squad at the 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Egypt. As the team's top scorer with five goals, Koman finished as the tournament's second highest scorer.

Family

Koman's father, Vladimir Koman Sr., was also a footballer who played for Dynamo Kiev's reserve team. Koman is married to Zarine Koman, a fellow Hungarian with Iranian roots.
