Early Life and Education

Born in Moscow in 1948, the current General Director of ITERA began his academic journey in 1972 from the All-Union Machine-Building Institute. In 1983, he further pursued and successfully completed his studies at the All-Union Academy of Foreign Trade.

Initial Career Path

In 1966, the General Director embarked on his professional career as an engineer at the Central Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering Technology under the umbrella of the USSR Ministry of Energy. From 1976 to 1981, he held significant positions within the Proletarsky District Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union in Moscow.

Foreign Trade Expertise

His career trajectory witnessed a shift in 1981 when he became a Senior Expert for V/O Techmashimport. In 1983, he ascended to the role of Senior Expert at the USSR Trade Mission in Belgium. The General Director subsequently held leadership posts within the USSR Ministry of Foreign Trade and Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations from 1985 to 1991.

International Expansion

The year 1991 marked another milestone in his career as he assumed the position of Deputy Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Cyprus. In 1993, he became the General Director of Mosnikos Investments Ltd., the investment company. His global influence further expanded in 1997 when he took on the role of General Manager at both Omrania Trading Ltd and ITERA International Energy L.L.C.

ITERA Leadership

In 2006, the General Director was appointed as the General Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Oil and Gas Company ITERA LLC. His extensive experience and expertise made him a visionary leader for the company.
