Yaroslavsky commenced his formal training at the Poltava Commercial Technical College, graduating with honors in food technology. He furthered his education at the Poltava Cooperative University. In 2004, his culinary journey began as a chef at the Belogorye Restaurant in Belgorod.

Culinary Exploration and Recognition

Yaroslavsky's unwavering dedication to the culinary realm led him to seek inspiration beyond his initial training. In 2005, he interned at the renowned Nostalgie Restaurant in Moscow under the tutelage of Patrick Pages. Subsequent stints at the Onegin Russian Cuisine Restaurant and the Under Wonder Italian Restaurant honed his skills and earned him critical acclaim. In 2011, Focus Magazine listed him among the 25 best chefs in Ukraine.

International Collaborations and Prestige

As his reputation grew, Yaroslavsky's culinary expertise extended to international collaborations and accolades. He joined the Fairmont Grand Hotel Kiev as Head Chef in 2012, undergoing training at the chain's hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. In October 2012, he became the Russian Brand Chef for Aram Mnatsakanov's Proбка restaurant chain.

Michelin-Starred Internships and Additional Education

Yaroslavsky's insatiable thirst for culinary knowledge led him to pursue additional training at the prestigious Paul Bocuse Institut in France in 2014. He also immersed himself in internships at Michelin-starred restaurants such as Tickets in Barcelona and Ledbury in London. His global culinary adventures extended to the UAE, USA, Spain, Great Britain, and Italy, where he sought guidance from renowned chefs like Albert Adria.

In 2014, Yaroslavsky became the Brand Chef for the Good Wine store in Kyiv. His entrepreneurial spirit further manifested in 2015 when he became the Chef, Manager, and Co-Owner of the Lucky Restaurant Vinoteque.
