Marcos Cáceres: A Promising Argentinian Midfielder
Marcos Cáceres is an Argentinian footballer who currently plays as a midfielder for Club Almirante Brown.
Early Career and San Lorenzo
Cáceres began his football journey at the youth academy of Club Atlético San Lorenzo. He progressed through the ranks and made his professional debut for the club in 2005. During his time with San Lorenzo, he played 7 matches for Argentina's youth national teams.
Move to Ukraine and Loan to Independiente
In January 2009, Cáceres joined Ukrainian club FC Metalist Kharkiv on loan. His impressive performances led to Metalist purchasing his contract in December 2009. He made his Ukrainian Premier League debut in March 2009 against FC Dynamo Kyiv. In the summer of 2009, Cáceres was loaned to Independiente in Argentina in exchange for the loan of Hernán Fredes.
International Debut and Subsequent Career
Cáceres earned his first cap for the Argentina national team in a friendly match against Jamaica in February 2010. He has played several matches for the team since then. Cáceres later returned to Argentina and played for various clubs, including Almirante Brown, where he currently showcases his skills on the field.
