Xuxa has German, Austrian, and Polish roots. In the late 80s and early 90s, she became an idol among Latin American children. Her achievements include a music album that had unprecedented demand in the history of Brazil. She became the second singer, after Daniela Mercury, to top the Brazilian charts. Xuxa's success in the entertainment industry has made her one of the wealthiest celebrities, with an estimated net worth of over $250 million.

Xuxa's father, Luis Floriano, served in the armed forces and relocated to Rio de Janeiro when Xuxa was seven years old. At the age of 15, Xuxa was noticed by a magazine publisher and invited to an audition as a model. Within a year, she appeared on the cover of Brazilian magazine.
In 1980, Xuxa posed for another magazine alongside other Brazilian models and the famous football star, Pelé. Pelé was captivated by Xuxa's beauty and pursued a relationship with her, which lasted for six years. This romance had a positive impact on Xuxa's career. Her photos appeared in fashion magazines such as ELLE, Vogue, Cosmopolitan, NOVA, and the Brazilian edition of Playboy.
At the age of 20, Xuxa got her own TV show called "Clube da Criança" (Children's Club). The show became an instant hit, and Xuxa's sincerity and interest in the young audience caught the attention of the Portuguese giant, Globo. In 1985, Xuxa became a host on Globo TV.
Xuxa also ventured into acting and appeared in several movies with the comedy group "Os Trapalhões." In 1989, she made her film debut with them in "Princess Xuxa and The Messed-Up Guys." She continued to act in films like "Xuxa and The Messed-Up Guys in 'The Mystery of Robin Hood'" and "Crystal Moon," which became a box office hit.
In 1998, Xuxa fulfilled her lifelong dream of becoming a mother. She gave birth to her daughter Sasha, whose birth was celebrated with the song "Mi Niña Bonita" specially written by English poet-songwriter Richard Daniel Roman.
Throughout her career, Xuxa hosted various TV shows, released music albums, and won two Latin Grammy Awards. She appeared in numerous video projects, including comedy, family films, and musicals. However, international ambitions were put on hold after she was hospitalized due to exhaustion during filming. Currently, she continues to work on children's programs, maintaining the same concept that differs from modern formats, ensuring the well-being of the younger generation watching her shows.
