Biography of Yurii Zhalilo
Early Life and CareerYurii Zhalilo was born on 1989 in the city of Kovel, Volyn Oblast, Ukraine. He began his football career in the youth academy of "Volyn" Lutsk. However, he never made an appearance for the senior team.
Club Career
In 2007, Zhalilo joined "Helios" and later moved to "Desna" in 2008. He played for "Phoenix-Illichivets" in the First League, scoring one goal in 11 appearances. In 2010, he unsuccessfully attempted to join "Navbahor" in Uzbekistan.
Zhalilo also played for "Niva" Ternopil and the Polish club "Radomiak Radom." Upon returning to Ukraine, he trained with "Volyn" Lutsk but did not find a spot on the first team.
Later Career
In 2013, Zhalilo signed for "Sumy" but only made two appearances. He left the club at the end of the season and effectively ended his professional football career.
