Dr. Grinkevich's surgical pursuits commenced at the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Pediatric Surgery. In 1995, he obtained his doctorate in medicine and became a senior lecturer at the Department of Pediatric Surgery at Belarusian State Medical University. Throughout his career, he honed his skills in thoracic surgery, becoming the only certified pediatric thoracic surgeon in Belarus. His expertise enabled him to perform specialized surgical procedures that were unavailable elsewhere in the country.
