Early Life and Education
Zaur Latifov oglu Bakhshaliyev was born on February 26, 1981, in Shusha, into an intelligent family. He began his primary education at Uzeyir Hajibeyov Secondary School No. 1 in Shusha but was forced to relocate to Azad Garagoyunlu village in Terter district as an internally displaced person due to the Karabakh conflict. He continued his education at Azad Garagoyunlu Secondary School and later moved with his family to Barda district, attending Secondary School No. 4 there from 1995 to 1998. Graduating with honors in 1998, Bakhshaliyev was admitted to the Faculty of Journalism at Azerbaijan International University.
Career in Journalism
Bakhshaliyev began his journalistic career in 1998, collaborating with prominent magazines and newspapers such as "Azerbaijan," "Respublika," "Adalat," "525th Newspaper," and "Literary." In 2002, he joined Azerbaijan Independent Television and Radio Company (ATV) as a correspondent.

Good Morning with Zaur
Launched in 2018, "Good Morning with Zaur" is the first family reality show on Azerbaijani television, presented by Bakhshaliyev and his wife, Gunay. The show features educational segments and includes their daughter, Dilara.
