Early Life and Education
Professor R.was born on December 16, 1918, in the village of Malaya Sergeevka, Saratov Oblast, Russia. She graduated from the Department of Psychology at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) in 1950.
Career
Professor R.began working at MSU's Faculty of Psychology in 1954 and is currently a professor in the Department of Pedagogical Psychology and Pedagogy. She is a veteran of the Great Patriotic War and has received the Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd Degree, as well as 11 medals for her service.
Academic Achievements
In 1988, Professor R.earned a Doctor of Psychological Sciences degree, and in 1993, she became a professor. She was awarded the title of Honored Professor of MSU in 2003 and received the Lomonosov Prize for Scientific Activity the same year.
Research Interests
Professor R.'sresearch interests lie primarily in pedagogical psychology. Her dissertation topics focused on the role of orientational activity in skill development (1953) and the psychological foundations of professional education (1988).
