Education and Early Career
The esteemed individual graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Planning at the Azerbaijan National Economy Institute. He subsequently pursued his legal education at the Faculty of Law at Tefekkur University. In addition to his native tongue, he is proficient in both Russian and English.
From 1979 onwards, he held various positions, including master of RSU, technician in utilities, and economist at a universal base of the "Azerittifag" association.
Career in Public Service
During the period 1984-1995, he assumed the responsibilities of inspector, economist, and head of department within the executive authority of Baku City. Throughout his career, he has remained a dedicated member of the "Yeni Azerbaijan" party.
Parliamentary Experience
The individual served as a member of the Milli Mejlis, the Parliament of Azerbaijan, during its first and second convocations. On November 6, 2005, he was elected as a member of the Milli Mejlis of the third convocation, representing the 70th Masalli City constituency.
Committee and Work Group Affiliations
Within the Milli Mejlis, he is a member of the Standing Committee on Regional Issues. He actively participates in the working groups on interparliamentary relations between Azerbaijan and Algeria, as well as between Azerbaijan and India. Notably, he holds the esteemed position of head of the working group on interparliamentary relations between Azerbaijan and Portugal.
