As the third child of rock legend Frank Zappa and businesswoman Adelaide Gail Sloatman, Ahmet Zappa comes from a diverse family background. His father was of Sicilian, Greek-Arab, and French descent, while his mother had Danish, Irish, and Portuguese roots. Ahmet has three siblings: brothers Moon Unit and Dweezil, and sister Diva.
