Early Life and Career

Akzhol Makhmudov, a Kyrgyz Greco-Roman wrestler, was born in 1999 and took up wrestling at the age of six, following in the footsteps of his two older brothers. He quickly established himself as a rising star, winning two Asian Cadet Championships and the 2017 Asian Junior Championship. In 2016, he became the World Cadet Wrestling Champion and earned a silver medal at the 2017 World Junior Championships.

Breakthrough in 2018

2018 marked a重大 turning point in Makhmudov's career. He made his senior debut at the Kyrgyz National Wrestling Championships, where he emerged victorious in the 77 kg weight class. This performance earned him a spot on the senior national team.

Asian Championship Triumph
