Biography of Alexander Borovikov
Alexander Borovikov, an actor of theater and cinema, was born on September 6, 1959, in Moscow. He began his career as an athlete, excelling in academic rowing from a young age. At the age of 18, he became a Master of Sports of the USSR and went on to become the champion of the Soviet Union.
Acting Career
After his successful sports career, Borovikov was accepted into the prestigious Moscow Art Theatre School, where he received an increased scholarship. In 1988, he graduated from the Moscow Art Theatre School under the guidance of I. Tarkhanov.
He started his acting career at the Moscow Pushkin Theatre and later became an actor at the Moscow Art Theatre named after A.P. Chekhov from 1994 to 1996.
During his acting career, Borovikov appeared in nearly 40 films, showcasing his talent and versatility on the big screen.
Personal Life
In addition to his successful career, Alexander Borovikov was married to actress Olga Drozdova.
