Biography of Alexander Korobchinsky
Alexander Korobchinsky was a well-known Odessa businessman, leader of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Ukraine, and a philanthropist. He was born on August 29, 1969, in Kiev, Ukraine.

Education and Early Career
From 1984 to 1987, Korobchinsky studied at the Odessa Maritime School of the Ukrainian Navy, specializing in the operation of maritime transport. He obtained the qualification of a technical operator. After completing his studies, he worked as the chief mechanic at ATP "Odesavtoresursy" from 1987 to 1991. From 1991 to 1994, he held the position of CEO of a small enterprise called "Exodus".

Business and Political Career
From 1994 to 2003, Korobchinsky worked as a chief specialist in marketing and new technologies at Ukrainian-Russian-Irish Insurance Company "INTO". In 2003, he graduated from the Economics and Law Faculty of the Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University, specializing in Jurisprudence. He then became the president of the industrial and construction group "Intostroy" in 2003 and a first vice-president of the Public Organization of Employers "Union of Odessa Builders". In 2005, he became a member of the Academy of Construction of Ukraine.
Korobchinsky continued his education and graduated with a master's degree in Public Administration from the Odessa Regional Institute of Public Administration under the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine in 2006. He entered politics and became a deputy of the Odessa City Council in 2006.
Achievements and Recognition
Throughout his career, Korobchinsky was recognized for his achievements and contributions. In 2007, he received the "Businessman of the Year" award at the "People's Recognition - 2007" popularity rating of the South region of Ukraine. He was also included in the list of the top twenty influential men of Odessa in 2008.
As the president of the Odessa Regional Powerlifting Federation, Korobchinsky organized various national and international sporting events and nurtured world and European champions. He was also actively involved in charitable activities, especially in the restoration of the temple in honor of the Icon of the Mother of God "Joy of All Who Sorrow." For his efforts, he was awarded the high church honor - the Order of Saint Equal-to-the-Apostles Grand Duke Vladimir of the 3rd degree.
Personal Life and Tragic End
Alexander Korobchinsky was married to Angela Korobchinskaya, and they had four children together: Karina (born 1988), Arthur (born 1989), Daniel (born 1998), and Sonya (born 2003). Unfortunately, his life was cut short on the evening of January 6, 2011, when he was the victim of an assassination in Odessa.
