Biography of Alexander Pikalov
Alexander Viktorovich Pikalov was born on January 30, 1976, in Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine. He is a Ukrainian actor and a member of the "95 Quarter" studio. Since 2003, he has been a part of the creative team "Optimist and Pessimist" along with Valery Zhidkov and Elena Zelenskaya.
Early Life and Education
Alexander was born to his father Viktor Alekseevich Pikalov (born on November 7, 1957) and his mother Olga Nikolaevna Pikalova (born on November 26, 1957), who works in the gas management of Kryvyi Rih. He also has a brother named Valery Pikalov (born on October 10, 1980). Alexander attended Kryvyi Rih Technical University and graduated with a degree in mining engineering.
Career
Although Alexander did not pursue a career in mining engineering, he worked in various jobs such as a welder, security guard, janitor, and assistant defectoscopist on construction sites. He was the artistic director of the STEAM "Besprizornik" theater, where almost all members of the "95 Quarter" studio performed. He also played for the student team of the KVN comedy show and later joined the "Kryvyi Rih Gang" team. After the dissolution of the team, he played for the "Dnipropetrovsk Team" in competitions such as the Voronezh and Dnipropetrovsk Leagues, as well as festivals in Sochi. In 1998, he joined the KVN team "95 Quarter" and became a part of the creative team along with Valery Zhidkov and Elena Zelenskaya in 2003.
Personal Life
Alexander has been married since 2003 to his wife Irina Sergeevna Pikalova (Mikhaichenko), who is the executive producer of the "95 Quarter" studio. They met when they were 14-15 years old. Together, they have a son named Mikhail Pikalov, born on February 6, 2006.
