Biography of Alexei Moiseev

Alexei Moiseev is a Soviet and Russian theater and film actor. He was born on June 13, 1974, in Moscow. From an early age, he dreamed of becoming an actor and submitted his application and photo to the "Mosfilm" database while still in high school. His acting debut took place as an extra in Oleg Kavun's film "Lessons at the End of Spring."

Moiseev underwent several stages of training, including at the Moscow Art Theatre School and the Shchukin School. He was later accepted into the Shchukin School, where he completed his education and received his diploma in 1996. His graduation performance was the play "Duel" directed by Evgeny Knyazev.

From 1997 to 2005, Alexei Moiseev served in the troupe of the Vladimir Mayakovsky Theater and also collaborated with the Moscow Art Theatre named after Chekhov. He also participated in productions at the Cherry Orchard Theater Center.

In the film industry, Moiseev began his career in 1990 with his debut in the comedy film "Attention: Witches!" where he played the role of Serezha Kurashov. In the following years, he played significant roles in films such as "Wanted: Dangerous Criminal," "French and Russian Love," "Lady Peasant," "Simple Truths," and many others.

However, Moiseev gained the most recognition in 2006 for his role as investigator Alexei Samoilov in the popular TV series "The Return of Mukhtar." The series depicts the everyday work of Moscow police officers and their canine assistant, Mukhtar. His participation in the series continued for several seasons, including the sequel titled "Mukhtar. A New Trace." In the middle of the 12th season, his character transferred to another department and continued his career as a major.

The actor also played notable roles in films such as "Gift of God," "Harmony of Desires," "The Cop in Law-9," "The Svetoforov Family," "Witnesses," and other projects. He stands at a height of 183 centimeters.

Personal Life

Alexei Moiseev has had two marriages. His first wife was actress Olga Chudakova, with whom he had a son named Nikita. However, their marriage ended in divorce. His second marriage was to Olga Chereshneva, with whom he has daughters Dasha and Lisa.

The actor also has an interest in animals and owns a shepherd dog named Yara, who is the granddaughter of the dog Vaks, who appeared in the series "The Return of Mukhtar."

Unfortunately, at the end of 2018, Alexei Moiseev became the center of a scandal due to his relationship with a young woman named Ekaterina Solovyova. Initially, the woman claimed to be pregnant with his child, leading to a family conflict. However, it was later revealed through a DNA test that Moiseev was not the father of Ekaterina's child. During this period, it was also discovered that Ekaterina had a common-law husband and three children, which she had kept hidden from Moiseev.
