Early CareerAltin Lala, a renowned Albanian footballer and midfielder, began his illustrious career with KF Tirana, an Albanian football club. In 1996, he embarked on a journey to Germany, signing with SV Borussia Fulda, a third-division team. During his two seasons with Borussia, Lala made a significant impact, playing in 56 matches and scoring 6 goals.
Rise to Prominence
On July 21, 1998, Lala sealed a contract with Hannover 96, a Second Bundesliga club. His debut came on July 30, 1998, in a match against Karlsruher SC, which Hannover emerged victorious 1-0. Lala's exceptional performance contributed significantly to Hannover's return to the Bundesliga during the 2000/2001 season. In 2004, he was appointed as team captain, a position he has held ever since.
International Career
