Early Career and European Stint
Amro Tarek began his football journey in Egypt with Asyut Cement and ENPPI. In 2010, he ventured to Germany and joined the Magdeburg academy, briefly featuring for their reserve team. Subsequent stints in the reserve squads of Freiburg and Wolfsburg followed.
Return to Egypt and Spanish Adventure
In 2013, Amro returned to his homeland and made his Egyptian Premier League debut with El Gouna. Summer 2015 saw him make a move to Spain's Real Betis for a reported fee of €300,000. However, to gain match experience, Betis immediately loaned him to the American club Columbus Crew.
MLS Debut and Return to Egypt
Amro's MLS debut came in April 2016 against New York City FC. After that season, he returned to Egypt and represented ENPPI and Wadi Degla.
Orlando City Loan and International Breakthrough
In early 2018, Amro joined Orlando City on loan. He made his debut in a match against D.C. United. On March 28, 2017, Amro earned his first international cap for Egypt in a friendly against Togo.
