Biography of Ana Hickmann
Ana Lucia Hickmann is a Brazilian model born on March 1, 1981, in Brazil. Her parents were German immigrants who worked in agriculture. She spent her childhood helping them grow strawberries on their farm. However, when she turned thirteen, Ana decided that working in the fields was not for her. Her appearance gave her the opportunity to pursue a more exciting career, and she began preparing for a future in modeling, even winning several local beauty pageants.

In 1996, Ana left her village to visit relatives in Sao Paulo. A friend convinced her to participate in a local beauty contest, and Ana decided to take the risk. She ended up being one of the three winners who were offered exclusive contracts with the modeling agency 'Mega'.

Two weeks before her 17th birthday, on February 14, 1998, Ana married Alexandre Correa, who was nine years older than her. While the couple was deeply in love, the real reason for their hasty marriage was different. Ana was determined to work in Paris at all costs, but being underage caused bureaucratic complications.

In 2000, Paolo Zampolli, the president of the modeling agency 'ID Models,' flew to Brazil to see Ana for himself, as he had heard a lot about her from another famous Brazilian model, Gisele Bundchen. Upon his arrival, Paolo realized that Ana was truly promising and interesting and offered her a contract to work at his agency in New York. Soon, Ana was traveling the world, collaborating with prestigious modeling agencies such as 'Storm,' 'Paolo Tomei,' 'Max Models,' and 'Louisa.' Renowned photographers Patrick Demarchelier and Helmut Newton referred to Ana as their favorite model.

Ana's professionalism and reputation paved the way for her to participate in advertising campaigns for iconic brands like 'Cia Maritima,' 'Versace,' 'Golden Lady,' 'La Perla,' 'Nivea,' and 'Wella.' In July 2002, she was chosen during a casting for 'Victoria's Secret's' new advertising campaign called 'Very Sexy' and received a payment of 250,000 USD for her participation. The television commercial for the campaign was directed by Michael Bay, the director of the popular 2001 film 'Pearl Harbor.' Ana appeared alongside top models such as Adriana Lima, Tyra Banks, Gisele Bundchen, and Letitia Casta.
At one point, Ana's measurements gained attention from the Guinness Book of World Records, where she made it into the category of 'longest legs on a model.' With a height of 185 cm, her legs measure 123 cm from thigh to heel. However, in 2002, the category of 'longest legs on a model' was removed from the Guinness Book of World Records.
According to Maxim magazine, Ana was twice included in the 'Top 100 Most Beautiful Women in the World.' In 2004, she ranked 47th, and in 2005, she ranked 85th. Currently, Ana is exploring new business ventures with her husband. Since the end of 2002, she has been working on creating her own brand, which now produces cosmetics, footwear, swimwear, and eyewear under the 'Ana Hickmann' label. Additionally, the couple owns their own photo studio and agency called 'DJ' in Sao Paulo.
In her native country, Ana has a large fan base and is one of the highest-paid models in Brazil. She dedicates all her time to work and participating in charitable actions.
