Early Life and Education
The esteemed architect was born on February 27, 1942, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. He pursued his education at the prestigious Moscow Architectural Institute (МАрхИ), graduating in 1967.
Professional Journey
"Penza Years" (1967-1972)Upon graduating, the architect joined the "Penzgrazhdanproekt" Institute, where he made significant contributions. His notable projects included the building of the institute itself, the City Executive Committee, and the Construction Institute's academic building. He also played a vital role in the design and development of residential neighborhoods and microdistricts in Penza.
"Kuibyshev Ascension" (1972-2000)
In 1972, the architect moved to the "Kuibyshevgorproekt" Institute, initially as Group Leader and then as Chief Architect of Projects from 1975. He participated in the development of two notable All-Union competition projects: the renewal of Kuibyshev's urban center and the reconstruction of Syzran's city center. Both projects received first prizes, underscoring the architect's exceptional talent.

Since 2000, the architect has held the position of Chief Architect at the design and construction firm "ADIS-K."
