Anatoly Klepov: The Man Behind the Mobile Phone Cipher

Anatoly Klepov is the man who created a cipher for mobile phones, equipping presidents, kings, dictators, and democrats with his encryption technology. He managed to develop an invulnerable cryptographic protection system for those who value their thoughts and words. In the 90s, Klepov's encryption equipment halted the wave of counterfeit bank authorizations that engulfed the Russian Central Bank. If it weren't for Klepov's timely intervention, our country would have had only a few months left before its collapse. Over the course of 18 years, his encryption systems remained unrevealed by anyone, restoring peace of mind to the world's wealthiest individuals.

Anatoly Viktorovich Klepov: The Vision Behind the Diamond Phone

When asked why he decided to create the diamond phone and who would be its first owner and user, Anatoly Klepov replied, "What are diamonds? Diamonds are not subject to change over time. And in our information-driven world, the most important thing is the constancy of human word. The constancy of the word, in the broadest sense, includes not only the meaning of the word but also its sound. Initially, nobody but God can know our thoughts. But when thoughts are expressed in words, it is important for us to have control over our own speech.

This cryptophone, in a philosophical sense, became a symbol that words can be preserved in an unaltered form, just like diamonds. Who knows how our speeches change when we talk on the phone? Where is our legal protection in this? Each individual should be guaranteed the constancy of their statements. This condition should become the foundation of our information world; otherwise, we do not know who we are talking to and who is forging our conversations. Let us recall the famous Chinese philosopher Confucius, who said, 'When words lose their meaning, people lose their freedom.' The human voice, like their fingerprints, has unique parameters that can easily identify a person. Identifying one person's fingerprint among ten million takes less than a minute. Similarly, identifying a unique person's voice among ten million takes approximately the same amount of time. By recording the parameters of someone's voice just once, within less than 30 seconds, you can track all of their conversations on their mobile phone, regardless of the SIM cards or operators they use.

Our cryptophone is the most expensive phone in the world and serves as a symbol that nobody can counterfeit our speech, which has paramount importance today. Wiretapping is not the most terrifying thing that can happen when you lose control over your own voice. By intercepting your conversation, one can create any compromise, speaking in your own voice. Recall the fairy tale of the wolf and the seven little goats. The wolf imitated the goat's voice and ate the little goats. So let's make sure that we are not devoured by criminal activities. Let's ensure that nobody forges our speech."

The First Owner of the Diamond Phone: Confidential Communication for a Hollywood Actress

The first owner of the diamond phone was a famous Hollywood actress who was seriously ill and wanted to have confidential communication with her doctor. I will not disclose her name as we sign a confidentiality agreement with our clients. Renowned Hollywood actors believe that the press and other individuals should only discuss their work in the film industry, while their private lives should be kept private. This concept of freedom is crucial, but it has been replaced by a well-known slave-like expression, "We have nothing to hide from each other." People have forgotten that they can have personal conversations with their spouses in a way that no one else can hear. Even such a simple thing has been completely erased from people's lives. We do not engage in sexual activities on the street, do we? There is still some notion of shame, intimacy. However, we somehow accept that our intimate conversations should be heard by the whole world. That's why this actress wanted no one to know or discuss her illness. Unlike many of our actors who do not object even when information about their illnesses is printed and widely discussed. This is a significant difference between the concepts of a free person and a person accustomed to living under constant surveillance.

The Issue of Freedom of Speech: A Historical Perspective

The issue of controlling human consciousness has always concerned people. Serious developments in this area were made by fascist Germany. They had the idea of creating a weapon for remote control of human consciousness that would be more powerful than a nuclear bomb. The control of human consciousness was considered the most important task by the fascists, and they made significant progress in this field. The specialists of the Second Department of "Anenerbe" conducted experiments on controlling human consciousness and searched for methods to transmit special signals through radiotechnical means and telephony to influence and change human consciousness in a predetermined direction.

By the way, in our times, Academician Igor Smirnov developed a system that was used to treat alcohol and drug addiction. People sat in front of a computer, wearing headphones through which music played, and simultaneously, digital signals were transmitted. These signals influenced the subconscious mind and allowed for the highly probable treatment of people with drug and alcohol addiction.

But if there are commands that allow us to heal people, it means there are also other commands that can control a person's will. This is what Nazi Germany was concerned with. The Nazis believed that the Fourth Reich weapon would help them win the decisive battle against their enemies. They spent more money on research in this field than the Americans did on nuclear weapons.

The Results of Their Research

German Hermann Göring was involved in the development of consciousness control. He created a special institute under the Ministry of Aviation that controlled all communication systems in Germany. Göring directly supervised the joint work of his institute and "Anenerbe" on studying the possibility of influencing human consciousness through telephone communication, radio, and wireless communication.

Interestingly, even the Gestapo could not wiretap telephone conversations without Göring's authorization. He had a special stamp with a "G" that was used for these permissions. In fact, Göring had absolute power over eavesdropping on all telecommunications systems in Germany. He mentioned this during the Nuremberg Trials. Göring worked closely with the "Anenerbe" division, creating systems capable of controlling human consciousness.

Göring played a significant role in the monstrous tragedy known as the Holocaust. By controlling the communication systems, he identified Jews and sent them to extermination camps while appropriating their capital or directing it to the treasury of Nazi Germany.

Furthermore, Göring did not hesitate to engage in high-tech raid-like seizures of other people's finances. He bankrupted competitors, robbed banks, including Swiss banks, by creating fake financial documents. Through the falsification of banking information, he obtained money for the Reich. All major telecommunications in Europe and England passed through Germany. This communication included cables passing through the Reich. By wiretapping and falsifying information, Göring obtained money. That's why he was so close to Hitler.

The joint work of Göring's organization and "Anenerbe" allowed them to create around 10 million psi-like telephone conversations. What was the purpose of this? Once you knew the psychological qualities of a person, it became easy to manipulate them. Creating a psi-like representation of each individual was Göring's main task in order to control the people of Germany and subjugate the consciousness of leaders of enemy countries.

The Danger of Mass Control in the Modern World

This type of manipulation is currently possible with modern technology. Consider this - with the tools available to criminals, they can gain control over all mobile phone conversations in Russia for approximately $42 million per year.

The cost of storing all telephone conversations for one person in a year, if they speak for approximately 500-600 hours during that period, is only $0.3. Memory has become very cheap: 500-600 hours of conversation only takes up 800 MB of memory. Therefore, with relatively small amounts of money, criminals can control all phone conversations of Russians and then use them for manipulations and data collection, starting from one person's conversation to large masses of people.

A system for wiretapping 10,000 mobile phone numbers costs $50,000. A speech synthesizer that allows for the imitation of a person's voice costs $7,000.

Modern mobile communication is digital. Words and sounds are converted into digital form because numbers can be easily and conveniently processed by computers. Computers can be used against you to track, forge, and alter your voice and speech.

Hackers and others commit theft when a password is substituted, which is essentially an alteration of words. People lose billions of dollars when their words are changed.

We have seen the facts published by the media based on information from the police. For example, mothers receive calls from people imitating their children's voices, speaking about a traffic accident and asking for a certain sum of money to be brought. Of course, a mother, to save her child, goes and brings the money, but someone is already waiting for her at the designated location.

In Russia, criminals earn around $1 billion per year from collecting compromising information, including wiretapping mobile communication.

Naturally, criminals in the modern information world develop wiretapping systems. "Kommersant" published data that wiretapping systems costing $50,000 can control up to 10,000 mobile phones.

If we add a speech synthesizer, which costs around $7,000, to such a system, we can not only wiretap and control people, but also create any voice. Then we will ask ourselves, "Who are we talking to?"

Seeking a Solution

I once wrote an article titled "Digital Apocalypse." What is a digital apocalypse? It is when people pray to God, and the Devil answers them. They completely submit to someone without even realizing it. Unfortunately, humanity has not yet realized this. There are major, large-scale efforts to combat terrorism, to search for other enemies, but amidst all these undoubtedly important battles, we must not forget the most crucial task - preserving the individuality and uniqueness of each person. This is the most important task of our civilization.
