Education and Early Career
Alexei Reznikovich graduated with an economics degree from Moscow State University and later obtained an MBA from Georgetown University (USA) and INSEAD (France) in 1993. Prior to joining McKinsey & Co. as a partner, Reznikovich worked for Procter & Gamble in Italy and Transworld in the United States.
Founding EMAX and CAFEMAX
In 1998, Reznikovich established EMAX, a company that pioneered the development of internet centers in Russia. From February 2001, he served as the director of both EMAX and CAFEMAX.
McKinsey & Co. and Altimo
Reznikovich became a partner at McKinsey & Co. in December 1998 and remained with the company until 2000. In 2002, he joined Altimo, the parent company of EMAX and CAFEMAX, as a member of the board of directors. In June 2005, he was appointed as Altimo's Managing Director.
