Biography of Andrea Anders
Andrea Anders (born on May 10, 1975) is an American film and television actress. She is best known for her roles as Alex Garrett in the NBC comedy series "Joey," Nicole Allen in the CBS comedy series "The Class," and Linda Zwordling in the ABC comedy series "Better Off Ted."

Early Life and Education
Anders was born in Madison, Wisconsin. Her family later moved to DeForest, and she currently resides in Los Angeles. She graduated from high school in 1993 and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 1997. She later pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in the same field from Rutgers University.

Stage Career
Anders' stage career began in 2001 when she interned with Maria Louise Parker in the Broadway production of "Proof." She later portrayed Elaine Robinson in "The Graduate." She also appeared in productions such as "On the Jump" at the Arena Stage, "New Doors" at the Garry Theatre, and two productions by the New York Theater and Film Company - "Cold/Tender" and "New World Rhapsody." In May 2007, Anders performed in "Fat Pig" at the Geffen Playhouse, portraying the role of Jenny the accountant.
Television and Film Career
Anders made her first television appearance in the early 1990s in a commercial for Danone products, which was re-aired in 2006. She has had notable roles in the television series "Joey" and "The Class," in which she played lead roles and appeared in every episode. Both shows were eventually cancelled. She has also made guest appearances in "One life to live," "Law&Order," "The Guiding Light," and "Tru Calling." In the television series "OZ," she appeared in five episodes as Donna Degenart. Anders is currently in a relationship with her former co-star from the series "Joey" and "Friends," Matt LeBlanc. Her brother, Sean Anders, is a film director known for movies such as "Sex Drive" and "Never Been Thawed."
