Argurios Dikaios
Argurios Dikaios was a prominent figure in the Greek Revolution of 1821-28. He belonged to the respected "order" faction within the urban party.
Rise to Government
In 1823, Dikaios was elected as one of the five members of the second Provisional Government, which was led by Petrobey. He remained steadfast in his party's principles even as other members defected to the military faction. Dikaios played a crucial role in directing government operations.
Leadership and Suppression
In 1824, Dikaios assumed military command and led the charge to quell a rebellion led by Kolokotroni. His leadership proved instrumental in quelling the unrest and restoring order.
