Early Life and Education



Andrei Khanin was born and raised in the city of Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine, in a creative family. In 2005, he graduated from high school with honors. In the same year, he received a diploma with honors from the School of Arts No. 4 in choreography.

He continued his education at the Zaporizhzhia Electrotechnical College, graduating in 2009 as a junior specialist-technologist in the field of "Processing of Materials on Machines and Automatic Lines." In 2009, he enrolled in the Zaporizhzhia National Technical University, where he graduated in 2014 with a degree as a mechanical engineer in "Mechanical Engineering Technology." He was awarded the title of "Honorary Graduate" for his academic achievements, active public work, and sports and amateur activities.

In 2010, he obtained a certificate as a "Trainer of Group and Individual Fitness Aerobics Programs."

Sports Career and Accomplishments



Andrei Khanin began his journey in sports at the age of 6 with martial arts (wushu). The following year, he joined the Phoenix National Theater of Contemporary Choreography, where he developed his skills in acrobatics and choreography. In addition to dance, he also excelled in other sports, including football and volleyball.

Ultimately, he chose to pursue aerobics professionally. From 2010 onwards, he became a multiple winner and medalist in the Ukrainian Championships and Cups in aerobics.

Coaching Career



Khanin began his coaching career in 2009 while still a student at Zaporizhzhia National Technical University, working as a fitness and modern choreography trainer. In 2011, he became a physical and technical preparation coach for the Zaporizhzhia region's funk aerobics teams, while still an active athlete himself.

In 2013, he was invited as a coaching consultant for the Ukrainian national team for the 8th Juniors and Seniors European Aerobic Championships in Arques, France. In 2014, he received an invitation to China to work as a coach and choreographer.

In China, Andrei Khanin worked with Ukrainian and foreign athletes for six years. Upon his return to Ukraine in 2019, he continued his coaching activities, developing and delivering individualized programs for people with specific conditions and illnesses.

Family

Andrei Khanin is married to Marina, a choreographer, social worker, and psychologist from Cherkasy, Ukraine.
