Education and Early Career

Education

Andriy Motovylovets is a Ukrainian lawyer and politician who was born in 1987. He completed his secondary education at Vinohradiv's School No. 1 and School No. 8, where he graduated with honors in 2006. From 2006 to 2010, Motovylovets studied law at the Uzhhorod National University, graduating with distinction. He also received the university's prestigious Peter Lodiy scholarship.

Legal Career

Motovylovets continued his education at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where he earned a master's degree in law in 2012. During his studies, he was a three-time winner of the national "Tomorrow of Ukraine" scholarship competition.

From 2012 to 2017, Motovylovets worked as a lawyer at the Sayenko Kharenko law firm in Ukraine. In 2014, he enrolled at Leiden University in the Netherlands, where he obtained a master's degree in international civil and commercial law.

Legal Practice and Business Ventures

After graduating from Leiden University, Motovylovets worked as a lawyer at the Ukrainian office of the international law firm DLA Piper from 2017 to 2019. He was also elected as a member of the Corporate Law and Stock Market Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association in 2018.

Motovylovets is the founder and former head of the companies "First Ukrainian Services" and "Ocean WAY."

Political Career

Election and Parliament

In the 2019 Ukrainian parliamentary elections, Motovylovets was elected as a member of the 9th convocation of the Verkhovna Rada (Ukraine's parliament). He ran on the list of the "Servant of the People" party and was placed at number 110.

Motovylovets serves on the Energy and Housing and Utilities Committee of the Verkhovna Rada. He is also the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Gas, Gas Transportation, and Gas Supply Policy and Co-Chairman of the Interparliamentary Relations Group with the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
