Biography of Anna Rossinelli

Anna Rossinelli was born on April 20, 1987. From an early age, she sang and attended music classes during her school years. At the age of 16, she enrolled in a jazz school in Basel for three years, where she studied vocal, piano, and music theory.

Early Career

Anna first performed as a singer at the age of 13. The following year, she formed her own a cappella group and joined a rock band. She then performed with various bands, including The Monotones and The Fabulous Tools, gaining experience in live performances and participating in several studio projects.

Currently, Anna is the lead vocalist of the pop-soul trio Anne Claire.

Eurovision Experience

On December 11, 2010, Anna Rossinelli won the Swiss national final (Die grosse Entscheidungs Show) with the song "In Love For a While" and was chosen to represent Switzerland at Eurovision 2011 in Düsseldorf. She performed in the first semi-final and received enough votes to qualify for the final, where Anna finished in the 25th place.
