Biography of Annabella Sciorra
Annabella Sciorra is an American actress known for her roles in various films such as "Jungle Fever," "The Hand That Rocks the Cradle," and "The Addiction." She was born in the United States to a father who is half Cuban and half Italian, and a mother who is French. Sciorra received her education from HB Studio, the Studio of Acting and Directing, and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
Sciorra made her film debut in Nancy Savoca's "True Love" (1989) at the age of twenty. At the same age, she also founded her own theater company and later performed in New York theater groups such as "La Mama," "The West Bank Cafe," and the Actor's Repertory Theatre. In addition to her theater work, Sciorra gained recognition in the film industry with roles in movies like "Jungle Fever," "The Hand That Rocks the Cradle," and "The Addiction."
After experiencing success in the film industry, Sciorra returned to the stage in 1994, making her debut on Broadway in the play "Those the River Keeps." Currently, she is actively working in both film and theater.
