Anthony Hayes, born Anthony Mark Hayes on September 21, 1977, in Brisbane, Australia, is an actor and director. Raised by a stonemason father and a special education teacher mother, Hayes' passion for acting began early as he stepped onto a film set as a child.
His first significant role came in 1991's "Animal Park," followed by episodic appearances on television. A breakthrough moment arrived in 1995 with a 13-episode stint on the popular fantasy series "Ocean Girl."
