April Michelle Bowlby was born in 1980 in Vallejo, California. She is an American actress, best known for her role as Stacy Barrett in the television series "Drop Dead Diva." Bowlby attended East Union High School and had a passion for ballet since childhood. She later studied ballet, marine biology, and French at Moorpark College.

Early Career
Bowlby initially ventured into the modeling industry before deciding to pursue a career in acting. In 2005, she made her first appearance on screen in "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation." However, her breakthrough role came as Candy in the popular show "Two and a Half Men" alongside Charlie Sheen, which was later continued by Ashton Kutcher. Bowlby portrayed the character of Candy, a dim-witted and attractive girl, for over two years, with her character appearing and disappearing from the series.
