Early Life and Football Career

Altin Lala, a Croatian footballer of Albanian descent, began his professional career with FK Prishtina, before joining HNK Hajduk Splitin 1990. He remained with Hajduk until 1994, making a significant impact as a striker.

European Club Journey

Following his time in Croatia, Lala embarked on a journey through Europe, playing for several clubs. He joined SM Caenin France in 1994, followed by FC Havreand APOEL FC. In 1998, he briefly played for SC Bastiabefore returning to Croatia.

Return to Croatian Football and International Debut

In 1998, after the FIFA World Cup, Lala made his international debut for Croatia, although he did not appear in any matches. He joined GNK Dinamo Zagrebthe same year and played there for several seasons.

Career Twilight and Retirement

In 2001, Lala had a brief stint with SK Kärntenin Austria before returning to Croatia once more. He ended his playing career in 2002 with NK Hrvatski Dragovoljac.
