Arman Davletyarov - A Biography

Arman Ilyubaevich Davletyarov, a music producer, was born on August 12, 1970, in Orenburg, Russia. He completed his secondary school education and served in the Army, specifically in the communications troops in Hungary. In 1993, he graduated from Moscow University, Faculty of Law, specializing in "law." He underwent an internship in criminal investigation at the Moscow Police Department. It was in 1993 when the group "A-Studio" introduced Murat Nasyrov to Arman Davletyarov, marking the beginning of his career in the Russian show business. In 1995, Davletyarov became the head of the company "MediaStar-Concert."

From 2000 onwards, Davletyarov became the General Director of the entire production company "Media Star," replacing Mr. Aizenshpis Y.Sh. In 2001, he became the President of the company "Musical Unity." The company MediaStar, led by A.I. Davletyarov, paved the way for groups such as "Crafty Swindlers," "Dynamite," "Combination," as well as Larisa Chernikova, Detsl, and others. They produced television programs on the RTR and MUZ-TV channels, including "By Your Letters," "Nightlife," "Muz-zone," "Muz-Metel." With the participation of the company "MediaStar," led by Davletyarov, the group "Smoky" toured Russia, the show program "We Are Together!" took place at the GCKZ "Russia," and the "See You in La Manga" tour across Russia and the CIS countries by the group "Vostok." Davletyarov is the only producer in the Russian show business representing Kazakhstan and actively promoting Kazakh culture and artists such as Murat Nasyrov and Batyrkhan Shukenov.

In recent years, Davletyarov has organized and conducted tours for various Russian pop stars in Kazakhstan, ranging from young artists to mega-stars of the Russian scene like Philipp Kirkorov and Alla Pugacheva. The experience gained in the Russian market allowed him to involve foreign artists in their work and tours, such as the group "Smoky" and Gipsy King. The artists of the company also pay great attention to the Republic of Kazakhstan and actively participate in all musical events in the country. To mark the 10th anniversary of Kazakhstan's independence, the company "Musical Unity," with the support of the Kazakhstani Government, held the "Kazakh Song of the Year" festival in Astana, with the participation of all the stars of the Kazakhstani pop scene from Roza Rymbayeva to young groups.

Currently, Mr. Davletyarov actively participates in public life in Russia. Together with the All-Russian Public Organization "Youth Unity" and its leader Alexandra Burataeva, tours were organized and conducted in the North Caucasus with the participation of Russian pop stars, collecting charitable assistance for children in Chechnya. The company led by Davletyarov actively participated in the All-Russian campaign "Continuing Our History," dedicated to the population census, as well as in large gala concerts in all major cities of Russia, with the motto "Do I Know My Anthem" and "We Are United!"
