Born on June 16, 1997 in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine, Artem Dolgopyat began his gymnastics journey at the tender age of six. His father, a railroad electrician, and his mother, a saleswoman, provided support and encouragement.

In 2009, Dolgopyat's family relocated to Israel. He continued his training at the gym in Hadar Yosef. Despite suffering from back pain and a finger injury, he pursued his passion with unwavering determination.
