Jean's Early Career and World Cup Debut
Jean began her competitive ski career in 2006, participating in the FIS Cross-Country World Cup. She is a versatile skier, excelling in both sprint and distance races.
Olympic and World Championship Performances
In 2010, Jean represented France at the Vancouver Winter Olympics. She competed in five events, achieving her best result in the 30 km mass-start race, where she finished 14th. She also participated in two FIS Nordic World Ski Championships, with her highest finish being 12th in the team sprint in 2009.
Individual and Team Successes
Throughout her career, Jean has consistently placed among the top performers in the World Cup. Her best individual performance was a third-place finish in a sprint event in February 2013. She has also recorded 13 top-ten finishes in World Cup events, two in individual competitions and 11 in team events.
Overall World Cup Ranking and Technical Equipment
In the 2011-12 World Cup season, Jean achieved her highest overall ranking of 38th. She currently uses Fischer skis, Salomon boots, and Salomon bindings.
