Early Life and Education

In 1982, the future Armenian state leader began his professional journey as a worker at the Yerevan Machine Tool Plant. In 1983, he enrolled in the Historical Faculty of Yerevan State University, graduating in 1988.

Teaching Career

Following his graduation, the leader embarked on a teaching career. From 1988 to 1990, he imparted knowledge to students at Secondary School No. 1 in Abaran. In 1990-1991, he continued his pedagogical pursuits at Yerevan Medical College No. 2.

Government Service

The leader's passion for public service led him to join the Ministry of Defense of Armenia in 1995-1996. He held the position of Head of the Printing and Mechanical Department.

Subsequently, in 1999-2000, he served as a referent in the Presidential Apparatus of Armenia. From 2000 to 2003, he ascended the ranks, becoming Chief Secretary and later Head of the Monitoring Commission for the Implementation of the Anti-Corruption Strategy.

Ministerial Appointment

In 2003, the leader was appointed advisor to the President of Armenia. In 2006, he took on the role of Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Armenia, where he continues to serve with distinction.
