Early Career
Tiago Manuel Dias Correia, known as Bebé, is a Portuguese footballer who plays as a forward and winger for Spanish club Rayo Vallecano. He began his career in Portugal, playing for Estrela da Amadora in the 2009-10 season. In 26 appearances for Estrela, he scored four goals before moving to Vitória de Guimarães in the winter of 2010.
Manchester United
Impressing during his time with Vitória, Bebé earned a move to English giants Manchester United in the summer of 2010. He made his United debut in the Football League Cup against Scunthorpe United on September 22, coming on as a second-half substitute in a 5-2 victory. His Premier League debut came on October 2 in a goalless draw against Sunderland, when he came on for Anderson in the 80th minute.
Bebé scored his first goal for United in the 3-2 win against Wolverhampton Wanderers on October 26. He then made his UEFA Champions League debut against Bursaspor on November 2, replacing Darren Fletcher in the 63rd minute and scoring in the 77th. United won the match 3-0.
Loan Spells
On June 15, 2011, Bebé joined Turkish club Beşiktaş on loan for the 2011-12 season. On December 27, 2012, he was loaned to Portuguese club Rio Ave. For the 2013-14 season, he was loaned to Paços de Ferreira.
Benfica and Later Career
In the summer of 2014, Bebé was signed by Benfica from Manchester United for €3 million, though the English club received 50% of any future transfer fee. He has since played for Cordoba, Rayo Vallecano, and Eibar in Spain.
International Career
In August 2010, Bebé received his first call-up to the Portugal under-21 national team.
