Robert 'Bob' Harper was born in 1965 in Nashville, Tennessee. He grew up on a livestock farm and later moved to Los Angeles in search of his true calling. He attended Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee.

During his time at university, Harper had a fortunate encounter with his fitness trainer, who became his main advisor. Soon after, Harper obtained a fitness instructor certificate from the American Fitness Training of Athletics Association. He also became certified as an instructor by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.

After reading the book 'Skinny Bitch,' Harper transitioned to vegetarianism and became a strict vegetarian and advocate for this dietary lifestyle starting in 2010. Many years later, Harper developed his own signature fitness and nutrition method, which has the power to transform people's lives and lead them towards a completely different lifestyle.

Harper currently resides in Los Angeles with his mixed-breed black and white dog, Karl, whom he adopted from a shelter.
