Biography of Brian Regan

Brian Joseph Regan was born in Miami, Florida in 1957. He grew up in a family of seven brothers and was always fascinated by the comedic talents of Steve Martin, The Smothers Brothers, and Johnny Carson.

Regan attended Heidelberg College in Ohio, initially pursuing a career in accounting. However, during his last semester in 1980, a college football coach advised him to consider a career in acting. This advice led Regan to try his hand at stand-up comedy. Despite dropping out of college, he later earned his degree in 1997.

It is worth mentioning that one of Regan's brothers, Dennis Regan, also works as a comedian.

In 1997, Regan released his first CD titled "Brian Regan Live." In 2004, he independently released his DVD "I Walked on the Moon" under the label "Irvine Improv." The same year, Regan participated in the Comedy Central project "Shorties Watchin' Shorties." In April 2007, he signed a contract with Comedy Central and made his first appearance on June 10th as part of these performances.

Regan's most recent official album is "All By Myself," which he distributes through his official website. In addition to his stand-up work, Regan has made numerous television appearances and has also written several comedy scripts, including "102 Dalmatians," "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days," and "Shoe Addicts Anonymous," with the latter scheduled for release in 2013.
