Biography of Brooke Jay Mueller

Brooke Jay Mueller was born in Palm Beach, Florida, in a Jewish and Lutheran family. After her father's death, her mother remarried a billionaire, making her the stepdaughter of actor John Fiore and stepsister of Sydney Wolofsky. In school, Mueller was part of the cheerleading squad. She later tried her hand at acting, real estate, and even worked as a special correspondent on the TV show 'Extra'.

Among her various roles, Mueller is best known for her portrayal of Janet in the 1999 film 'Witchouse' and as Cassandra in the 2008 comedy 'Strictly Sexual', credited as Brooke Allen. In 2011, she appeared in the reality show 'The World According to Paris', hosted by Paris Hilton.

Brooke Mueller has been married twice. Her first husband was Scott Allen. On May 30, 2008, she married actor Charlie Sheen. Mueller and Sheen were introduced by Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart. They have twin sons, Bob and Max, born on May 14, 2009. Mueller also became the stepmother to Sheen's children from a previous marriage, Sam and Lola Rose.

In December 2009, Sheen was arrested in Aspen, Colorado, for assaulting Mueller. He was released on bail and faced charges of intimidation, third-degree assault, and criminal mischief. In August 2010, Sheen pleaded guilty to some of the charges and was sentenced to 30 days in a rehabilitation clinic, 30 days of probation, and anger management courses.

In November 2010, Sheen filed for divorce, which was finalized on May 2, 2011. Mueller also had her own legal troubles. In September 1996, she was arrested for property damage and driving under the influence. The charges were eventually dropped. She was arrested again in March 2001 for cocaine possession, but the charges were also dropped.

Personal Life and Career Today

In July 2011, Mueller completed a 45-day rehabilitation program for alcohol and drug addiction. She chose a relatively lenient program that allowed her to spend eight hours a day with her children. On December 3, 2011, she was arrested again for drug possession. In May 2012, Mueller pleaded guilty to a small amount of cocaine possession and agreed to undergo probation.

Currently, Brooke Mueller has largely left her acting career behind and primarily works as a real estate agent to support herself.
