Duncan rose to fame as a member of the Christian rock band Sweet Comfort Band before pursuing a successful solo career. With over 35 years in the music industry, Duncan currently performs with Nehosoul Band and hosts podcasts for Radio Rehab.

Early Life and Career

Bryan Duncan was born on March 16, 1953, in Riverside, California. He began his career in 1973 as the keyboardist and lead vocalist for the Christian rock band Sweet Comfort Band. The band was known for their music that was part of the Jesus movement, a Christian element in the hippie counterculture of the late 1960s and early 1970s. Over time, the Jesus movement spread throughout North America and Europe, eventually merging into the CCM genre.

Solo Career and Accomplishments

In 1984, Sweet Comfort Band disbanded, allowing Duncan to embark on a successful solo career. He has released 15 solo albums and collaborated with other artists on various compilations, selling over a million copies of his songs. Duncan has also produced three solo video projects and recorded a live performance tour. He contributed to the Christian film "Left Behind: The Movie" (2000), based on biblical themes.
