Bryce Harper is an American professional baseball outfielder who currently plays for the Philadelphia Phillies in Major League Baseball (MLB). He was drafted first overall by the Washington Nationals in the 2010 MLB draft.

Before making his MLB debut, Harper established himself as an exceptional amateur baseball player. In 2010, he received the Golden Spikes Award, recognizing him as the nation's top collegiate baseball player.
