Biography of Bryce Johnson
Bryce Johnson is an American actor who first gained recognition for his role as Josh Ford in the WB television series "Popular" in 1999. Born in Reno, Nevada, Johnson's family moved to Denver, Colorado when he was five years old after his parents divorced. He completed his education in Denver and later relocated to Sioux City, Iowa with his family.

At the age of 19, Johnson followed his mother's advice and headed to Hollywood instead of joining the Navy. He worked odd jobs to support himself while seeking audition opportunities and studying at the Pasadena Academy of Dramatic Arts. Initially, he landed several small roles before his breakthrough in "Popular."
In addition to "Popular," Johnson also appeared in the MTV series "Undressed" in 1999. He continued to perform in teen dramas such as "Dawson's Creek," "Gilmore Girls," and other similar projects. However, around the age of 25, Johnson decided to transition into more substantial roles and move away from youth-oriented series.
In 2004, Johnson played a gay cheerleader in "Bring It On Again" and portrayed the lead role in two films at the Sundance Film Festival - the comedy "Home of Phobia" and the controversial "Harry + Max." In 2005, he returned to television with the short-lived series "Still Life" and also appeared in episodes of "Nip/Tuck," "House MD," and "What I Like About You." Additionally, Johnson lent his voice to video games, notably voicing Aquaman in "Justice League Heroes."
In 2006, Johnson starred in another unconventional and controversial film called "Sleeping Dogs Lie" alongside Melinda Paige Hamilton, which also premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. In 2009, he provided voice work for the animated films "Hulk vs" as Bruce Banner, marking his involvement with the Marvel universe. Prior to this, he had voiced Doctor Strange in an animated film of the same name.
