Birth and Education

Abdurasul Nuriddinov was born on April 4, 1934, in the Vanch district of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Oblast (now known as the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region). In 1957, he graduated from the Tajik Philology Faculty of the Tajik State Pedagogical Institute named after T. G. Shevchenko (now known as the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after S. Aini).

Career in Broadcasting

Following his graduation, Nuriddinov began working as a radio announcer in the foreign broadcasting department of the State Television and Radio Committee. He remained in this position for most of his career, continuing until near the end of his life.

Notable Contributions

Nuriddinov played a significant role in hosting government concerts and events, including broadcasts of Victory Day parades and demonstrations. He also extensively contributed to the dubbing of feature films and documentaries into Tajik, lending his voice to over 400 films.

Recognition and Awards

Throughout his career, Nuriddinov received numerous awards and accolades. He was honored with the title of Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as the title of Distinguished Radio and Television Worker of the USSR. He was also awarded several medals and honorary diplomas.

Death

Abdurasul Nuriddinov passed away on December 27, 2015, in Dushanbe. He left behind a legacy of dedication and excellence in the field of broadcasting.
