In 2011, Bicondova and fellow dancers founded the group "8 Flavahz," performing in various Hawaiian dance competitions and shows. Their talents extended to music videos for Ciara and Krewella. As part of 8 Flavahz, Cam Cam (Bicondova's stage name) participated in season 7 of "America's Best Dance Crew" in 2012, where the group placed second.

Breaking into Acting
