Carlos Rodriguez Correa is a Brazilian footballer who has made a name for himself as a midfielder. He started his career playing for several lesser-known teams before joining "Palmeiras" in 2003 at the age of 23. Over the course of three years, Correa became the team's leader, primarily playing in the center of the field and occasionally on the right side.
Professional Career
In 2006, Correa transferred to the Ukrainian team "Dynamo" for a fee of 4 million euros. In 2009, he was loaned to "Atletico Mineiro" and later played temporarily for "Flamengo". In June 2011, Correa's loan with "Flamengo" expired, and he returned to "Dynamo". On August 28, he played his first official match for "Dynamo" after a two-year break, coming on as a substitute in a match against "Dnipro".
In August 2012, Correa signed a one-year contract with the Brazilian club "Palmeiras". However, after the club was relegated to Serie B, the contracts of several players, including Correa, were terminated. On December 21, he joined "Portuguesa" and was officially presented to the team on January 3, 2013. Just four months later, Correa celebrated victory in the Serie A2 championship of the state of Sao Paulo with the team.
