Chloe Susannah Madeley, a British television presenter, journalist, and model, was born on November 28, 1987, in Manchester. She is the daughter of the well-known television presenters Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan. Chloe has an older brother named Jack, who was born on April 19, 1986, and two older stepbrothers, twins Dan and Tom Henshaw, born on March 2, 1977, from her mother's previous marriage to David Henshaw.

In 2006-2007, Madeley attended Leeds Trinity University College and resided in Kirkstall Halls. It was during her time there that she met her now ex-boyfriend, David McNidder. Chloe left college after one year to pursue a career in television, including a possible involvement in reality shows.

Madeley first gained public attention in 2007 when she and her brother Jack participated in the reality show 'Big Brother's Big Mouth.' They were eliminated from the competition for viewer's sympathy on the 12th week. Nevertheless, on August 16, 2009, she was arrested for driving under the influence after her car was found crashed and overturned in North London. This information was confirmed by the metropolitan police. Chloe admitted in court to having consumed two cocktails before the accident, which caused her car to collide with another vehicle and flip over. She was banned from driving for 20 months.
