Choi Yujin, a South Korean singer, actress, dancer, and model, was born on August 12, 1996, in Jeonju, the capital of Jeollabuk-do province. She attended Hanlim Multi Art High School.

Career Trajectory

Trainee Years and Pre-Debut

Yujin spent four years as a trainee at Cube Entertainment, the longest among the CLC members. She made appearances in music videos for BTOB's "Beep Beep" and G.NA's "Pretty Lingerie." She also participated in promotions for G.NA's "Secret" as a backup dancer.

Debut with CLC

Cube Entertainment announced Yujin's inclusion in CLC on March 13, 2015. Before their debut, Yujin and the group members gained attention through street performances to raise funds for children with disabilities. They also starred in a reality show called "CLC's Love Chemistry."
