Early Life and Education

Born on August 16, 1993, in the Aшт district, Kova Tilavpour is the son of journalist Tilav Rasulzoda. He completed his secondary education at School No. 8 in the city of Khujand. Tilavpour holds degrees from Khujand State University, the Tajik State Institute of Languages, Imam Khomeini International University, and Allama Tabataba'i University.

Journalism and Football Agency

Tilavpour became a member of the Union of Journalists of Tajikistan. As a journalist, he commentated on Varzish TV Tajikistan from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, he obtained a football agent license from the Turkish Football Federation. He is currently based in Istanbul, Turkey.

Tilavpour is known as an agent for notable footballers, including Omid Ebrahimi, Nuriddin Davronov, Akhttam Nazarov, Jakhongir Ergachev, Shahrom Samiyev, Ehson Panjshanbe, and Fathullo Fathulloyev.

Acting Career

Tilavpour made his acting debut in 2001, playing the role of Yatim in the film "Angel of the Right Shoulder" directed by Jamshed Usmonov.
