Early Life and Career in Brazil

Daniel Carvalho, a football player, was born in the industrial city of Pelotas, Brazil. From an early age, he showed the potential to become a talented player. At the age of 13, he enrolled in one of the most famous football schools in Latin America, the Internacional Club School in Porto Alegre. In the same year, Daniel signed a contract with the club and later became a three-time state champion.

Professional Career

In 2001, Daniel Carvalho made his breakthrough into the first team of Internacional. The following season, he played in 11 matches and helped his club win another title. In the 2003 championship, Carvalho appeared on the field 31 times and scored goals. He also had success playing for the Brazilian national team, scoring three goals and helping them win the title at the 2003 FIFA U-20 World Cup in the UAE.

Move to Russia

Due to financial difficulties at Internacional, the club's managers had to put the promising player up for transfer. Russian scouts won the hunt for the footballer, and on February 6, 2004, Carvalho signed a four-year contract with Moscow's CSKA for a substantial sum. On March 7, 2004, he made his debut for the army team in the Russian Super Cup match against Spartak Moscow, scoring the winning goal in extra time.

Challenges and Triumphs

Shortly after his debut, Carvalho suffered a serious injury and spent the entire following season in various medical institutions. As the highest-paid player in CSKA, he was often sidelined. However, things changed, and after triumphant matches with Benfica, Daniel became an idol for Russian fans. On his birthday, Carvalho played a cup match against FC Moscow and helped the club secure victory.

Current Status

Despite receiving tempting offers from prestigious clubs, Carvalho has no intention of leaving CSKA. At the time of writing, he is single. Standing at 178 centimeters tall and weighing 79 kilograms, Carvalho primarily plays as a midfielder. His previous club was Internacional in Brazil, and he achieved the title of World Champion with the Brazilian U-20 national team in 2003.
