He landed the role of Cliff Lewis, the right-hand man of Ben Matlock played by Andy Griffith, in the television series "Matlock" from 1992 to 1995. He also made occasional appearances on the series "Nash Bridges" as Inspector Richard Bettina. Throughout his career, Roebuck appeared in numerous television shows and films in small roles.
